Community Wards
North Somerset is split up into seven Community Wards.
- Baytree (Previously Worle) Includes The Cedars Surgery, The Village Surgery, Worle Health Centre, Locking Castle Medical Centre, Riverbank Medical Centre, St George's Surgery.
- Knightstone (Previously Weston North) Includes New Court Surgery, Longton Grove Surgery and Milton Surgery.
- Pier View (Previously Weston South) Includes Graham Road Surgery, Locality Health Centre, Tudor Lodge Surgery and Clarence Park Surgery.
- Tyntesfield Includes Long Ashton Surgery, Backwell and Nailsea Medical Group, Brockway Surgery and Nailsea Family Practice.
- Marina Includes Heywood Family Practice, Harbourside Family Practice and Portishead Medical Group.
- Strawberry Line Includes Wrington Vale Medical Practice, Yeo Vale Medical Practice, Winscombe and Banwell Surgeries.
- Clevedon Includes Riverside Group, Green Practice and Sunnyside Surgery.
These wards offer nursing care services to their own designated population and can manage a caseload of up to 35 patients who require varying levels of care.
Access to the Community Wards is via Care Connect/SPA.
